New generation of wireless detector of a temperature rise designed for fire detection that is not accompanied by smoke and that provides an early warning of impending danger when a sharp rise in temperature is detected in the monitored area. The detector has SIC technology to temporarily silence an alarm using an IR remote control and can operate as part of a FireSafe fire alarm system with support from the Hub FireSafe central control unit or completely autonomously. SAFE 10YHT - RF is designed in a low profile compact design, combining the latest hardware and software technology applied to a functional smart detector design representing a new level of standard in residential fire safety.
The detector includes an integrated RF module, which thanks to the CONNECTED function allows to wirelessly connect two or more FireSafe detectors to create an interconnected wireless network. In this case, if one of the devices triggers an alarm, it will send a radio signal and all other FireSafe units connected in the network will respond to the alarm.
An intelligent central control unit can be added to the wireless network - Hub FireSafe. These units then allow, thanks to Internet connection, for convenient setup and control of the comprehensive FireSafe system even remotely using the intuitive free mobile app of the same name (for Android and iOS) for smartphones, tablets and more. The Hub monitors the activity of all connected sensors and FireSAFE CONNECTED devices, and in the event of a hazard being detected, immediately notifies system users via alarm and alarm push notifications in the FireSAFE app.
For fire detection systems in residential buildings, the priority is to inform people in good time about the real danger. AI SAFE microprocessor was developed based on a detailed analysis of the combustion properties of materials and works with a prediction algorithm that compares data from a thermistor sensor and filters the potential for false alarms. It evaluates the measured temperature in real time and compares it with the rate of temperature rise and prediction formulas for reliable and early warning of potential fire hazards. If the dynamics of the data pattern matches the actual temperature parameters of the developing fire, the detector immediately triggers a fire alarm.
In the event that the set temperature limit is exceeded during detection, the detector automatically triggers loud acoustic alarm signal of 85 dBaccompanied by the flashing of a red LED indicator to indicate a fire alarm. This is a targeted way of attracting the attention of building occupants by means of high noise levels and intense LED signalling that a fire has started in some part of the building. The purpose of the fire alarm is then to immediately respond to the alarm event or to move people from the scene of the emergency to a safe zone.
The detector has a combination button with function for TEST and SILENCING, which is designed to both test and verify the correct functioning of the deviceand to temporarily silence the detector. In case you know the cause of the fire alarm activation and you need to silence the loud siren sound, there is no need to go to the detector itself to silence it using the button. SIC technology allows you to remotely silence the audible alarm by pressing any button on a standard IR remote control (most controls for home appliances such as TVs).
The electronic components and printed circuit board of the detector are provided with insulating and protective coating with IZOVAX nanoparticles and thanks to the innovative thermistor sensing technology, unlike conventional optical fire detectors, the device can also be installed in a wide range of complex environments (bathrooms, drying rooms, saunas, swimming pools, kitchens, garages, boiler rooms, workshops, warehouses, laboratories ...) where moisture, fumes, chemicals, dust or the presence of smoke particles could affect the function of conventional fire detectors based on optical detection technology
