Glass break detection up to 9 m
Wireless, Compact Glass Breakage Detector
SAFE Glass Guard

Glass Guard is a very small wireless glass break detector designed for securing glazed surfaces equipped with two NC inputs. Multi-factor glass break detection with the ability to remotely configure sensitivity significantly eliminates the occurrence of false alarms.
Thanks to the encrypted SAFE communication protocol, Keeper ensures secure connection with the central control unit of the SAFE security system at a distance of up to 1,600 meters in open space. The detector is powered by a replaceable battery that allows continuous operation for up to 3 years.
Description of the Device
Reliable Protection of Glazed Surfaces
Glass Guard is a top-tier wireless detector that continuously monitors ambient sounds and is capable of reliably recognizing the breaking of various types of glass – from standard through tempered, wired, double-glazed, toughened to laminated. Its range reaches up to 9 meters, making it an ideal choice for securing even larger spaces with glass surfaces. Thanks to a highly sensitive audio microphone, the device is capable of precisely identifying specific low-frequency and high-frequency sounds that are characteristic of glass breaking. This technology simultaneously effectively eliminates disruptive sounds from the surroundings, thereby minimizing the risk of false alarms.
Two-stage Glass Break Detection Technology
Glass Guard features a highly sensitive omnidirectional microphone that i s designed to reliably detect acoustic signals in two steps. First, it detects the characteristic sound of glass impact (low frequency signal) and then the sound of glass breaking and shattering (high frequency signal). The alarm is only triggered if both signals are detected simultaneously. Thanks to the advanced two-stage glass break detection technology, Glass Guard is resistant to false alarms - for example, when simply tapping on a glass door panel.
Supports System Expandability
Glass Guard is equipped with two inputs that allow connection of external wired detectors. These inputs ensure easy integration of additional security elements, including devices from third-party manufacturers. In the ProSAFE app, individual inputs can be freely configured as NO (normally open), NC (normally closed), or Pulse. Connectable devices may include, for example, flammable gas detectors, armored garage door contacts, flood detectors, motion PIR sensors, and others. This feature significantly increases system flexibility and expands the modular capabilities of the SAFE security system.
Easy Installation and Convenient Setup
The glass splinter detector should be placed in a room where there are glass surfaces, such as windows or glass doors. It is important that it is correctly oriented and has an unobstructed view of the protected glass surfaces. The Glass Guard is equipped with a tamper function that protects the device from sabotage or tampering. Adding the detector to the system is extremely simple thanks to the ProSAFE app - just scan the device's unique QR code and then set the required functions. Within moments, everything is ready and your device can start working reliably.
