SAFE Fire Guard

New generation of wireless fire detector with breakthrough dual-spectrum dust-resistant optical chamber detection and SIC technology for temporary alarm silencing using an IR remote control. It can operate as part of the SAFE security system with support for the SAFE Hub central control unit or completely autonomously.

Description of the Device
SAFE Wireless Fire Detector
The Fire Guard detector reacts in real time to the presence of smoke from fires that are just beginning. In case of an alarm, it activates a loud built-in siren and sends an alarm signal to the central control panel. When using multiple detectors within one system, their mutual interconnection is possible. The device is powered by one 3 V CR123A lithium battery, providing up to 3 years of operation. The Fire Guard fire detector is a smoke detector in a timeless compact design combined with the latest hardware and software technologies applied to the functional construction of an intelligent detector, representing a new level of standard in the field of fire safety in residential buildings.
Fire Guard – Part of the ProSAFE Security System

SAFE Keeper Wireless Radio Protocol Communication
SAFE Keeper is a radio protocol developed for products of the SAFE security system. It operates at the operating frequency of 868.0–868.6 MHz and provides communication range between system devices of up to over 2,000 m in open space without interruption. It guarantees uninterrupted interaction between the central unit and the security system devices. It is protected using AES128 encryption and a two-way communication mechanism, thus ensuring a high level of security for transmitted data. SAFE Keeper is a guarantee of uninterrupted interaction between the central unit and individual devices, while emphasizing maximum and effective protection of the wireless security system.
Unique Dual-spectrum Smoke Chamber Technology
Dual-spectrum optical sensor with blue and infrared LED source with different wavelengths was integrated into a dust and insect-resistant smoke detection chamber. The chamber construction is directly connected to the AI SAFE microprocessor. It thus offers the most reliable detection method, which in combination with a predictive algorithm enables measurement of microparticle concentration directly in the air and in real time. This unique technology is able to determine the size of volatile particles inside the optical chamber and respond only to a real threat in the form of smoke, while ignoring similar composition of water vapor or other vapors.
Responding only to Real Threats
For fire detection systems in residential buildings, early notification of persons immediate notification of real danger is crucial. The AI SAFE microprocessor was developed based on a detailed analysis of material combustion properties and works with a predictive algorithm that compares data from a dual-spectrum optical sensor and filters out the potential for false alarms in real time. If the recorded data corresponds to liquid water vapor particles or other types of vapors, the detector will not respond. However, if the dynamics of the data pattern correspond to the actual parameters of solid smoke particles from fire, the detector will immediately trigger a fire alarm.
Fire Alarm Signalization
In the event that the smoke concentration reaches the set value during detection, Fire Guard automatically triggers a loud acoustic alarm signal with a strength of 85 dB, accompanied by a flashing red LED indicator to signal a fire alarm. This is a targeted way to capture the attention of people in the building through a high noise level and intensive LED signaling to indicate that a fire has started in some part of the building. The purpose of the fire alarm is to ensure an immediate response to the alarm event or to move people from the location of the emergency to a safe zone.
SIC Technology and Remote Alarm Silencing by IR Remote Control
The detector features a combined button with TEST and SILENCE functions, which is designed both for testing and verifying the correct operation of the device, as well as for temporarily silencing the alarm. In case you know the cause of fire alarm activation and need to silence the loud acoustic signal of the siren, you no longer need to go through any complicated procedure to reach the alarm itself and silence it using the button. SIC technology allows you to remotely silence the acoustic signal by pressing any button on a standard IR remote control (most remote controls for household appliances, for example for a TV).
With IZOVAX Protection also for Rooms with Increased Humidity
Electronic components and the printed circuit board of the Fire Guard smoke detector are equipped with an insulating and protective layer of varnish with IZOVAX nanoparticles, and thanks to innovative dual-spectrum optical chamber sensing technology that can distinguish smoke particles from water vapor, unlike conventional fire detectors, the device can be installed even in very humid environments (near bathrooms, dryers, kitchens, or technical rooms).
Fire Man Bodyguard
Power is supplied by a integrated 3 V lithium battery (replaceable), offering exceptionally long operation of up to 3 years. Battery operation enables quick and easy installation. Once the battery capacity drops below a preset limit level, the detector will inform you in advance of this fact, and after battery replacement it will continue to function properly. After more than 10 years of protection and with 30 days' notice, the detector will announce the end of its service life and automatically alert you that it needs to be completely replaced.
